The company Tracfone Wireless Inc. is the largest provider of pre-paid cell phones in the United States today. They have also been the leader in this industry for over 10 years now. Tracfone is a subsidiary of America Movil. This company is the fourth largest company of manufacturing cell phones in the world. They have 141 million cell phone subscribers. That is more then AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. AMX, or America Movil, is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. It has also been named by Business Week, one of the top ten technology companies in the past two years.
