Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

If you are looking for privacy, luxury, impeccable service and world class cuisine, there is nothing more ideal than chartering a luxury wedding yacht charter. It provides a relaxing and perfect getaway and is something uniquely different for a family reunion or even business.

A luxury yacht is a very expensive privately owned yacht, which is professionally crewed. While some yachts are used mainly by their owners, others are operated either all year round or part time as charter businesses.

Depending on the size of the yacht, various types have different features. Where a yacht has a number of decks, the lower deck usually comprises of an exterior swimming platform, guest cabins, an engine room and crew quarters.

The main deck would normally include the dining room and galley. The galley is the area where food is cooked and prepared. In addition it would also include the owner’s suite.

The upper deck is usually used for outdoor dining, a second salon which is sometimes called the sky lounge, a bar and in some cases a gym, the captain’s cabin and bridge. The sun deck, which is on the roof of the upper deck, often features a Jacuzzi. Some up-to-date yachts even have multiple flat screen televisions and satellite communications.

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

A GPS allows users to navigate, search points of interest, plan trips, listen to MP3 music and view pictures. My friend’s son Tony has this gadget and showed me how the system worked. I was astonished at the number of features offered which helped advanced navigation and routing capabilities. Whenever Tony goes out for hunting, fishing or boating, he always carries the Best Handheld GPS Unit. This portable handheld gps unit works well in a variety of different outdoor activities. Amongst such systems, the Magellan Crossover GPS is considered one of the best handheld gps units.

Camp Counselor Duty

Friday, March 14th, 2008

Remember that getting mail is a big deal. Receiving a letter or care package from home can really boost your youngster's spirits. It also lets him know that you're thinking about him. Encourage him to write as frequently as he wants to and write to him as often as possible. Answer each one of his letters.

Let the camp staff do its job.  Camp counselors and camp director can help your child adapt to the routines of camp life. They are trained to do that. Encourage your child to let the camp staff help.
