      Not sure how to calculate depriciation, but you have to consider that in 1 yr the iPad2 will be out, or the maxiPad, miniPad, ect… This will affect its resell price greatly.

      I suggest doing research on eBay with the various generations of iPhones, iPods, ect… The scale should be roughly the same for all.
