These words are distracting, and you will leave an impression on your audience that you’re not well-prepared. To improve your presentation skills, you should avoid these words. But since you will not know if you are using these words too much in your presentation, it is best to have your presentation taped so you can watch it later on and take note of these unnecessary words.
