Many people decide to go into business for themselves every single year, but one of the things that many people do not know is that you can form a business in a state where you are not resident, and this can sometimes give you a certain tax advantages. When I came to form my own business I decided to look at the possibility of Nevada LLC formation simply because I had heard that it was a good place to do business and it was fairly easy to form an LLC in this jurisdiction. As it turned out it was a good decision to have made and I am very pleased with my company.
