We All Have a Role
Tuesday, March 31st, 2009Whether you subscribe to altruism daily or you have a belief that maybe one great deed in your life is substantial enough to leave your footprint on the world, you have to in some way approach the deed with an Organizational Citizenship Behavior. To get something accomplished in order to help others really takes a well thought out approach and you need organization over your behaviors to get this accomplished. Obviously the citizens you are helping out in this effort are included and thus you have this behavior that is taking on an all new study in and of itself in serving others.
