Sunday, February 1st, 2009I need a lot of help. I am unfortunately one of those. yes, I will admit it, stupid people who got a no money down mortgage with an ARM. My house was really more than we could afford, but we were lured by the neighborhood and school district, so we jumped in head first. Now, if we don’t do something, we are likely to end up in bankruptcy. Now that housing prices have plummeted, we need to look up our consumer rights and seek out some advice on what to do long term. in the meantime, we are looking into a Morgage Payment Protection policy in the event of unemployment.
