Most are good.

Sunday, November 30th, 2008

If you put anything new in your home you had better keep all receipts so you can prove how much money went into the home. If you add a fireplace to your home call them immediately and tell them because if you have a fire they will not pay if it came from the fire place. It is also cheaper as well to not put your garage under your house. Put it on the side of your house and put a breezeway connecting it. An Insurance Policy on anything is good, but there are always loopholes so be careful. Most are of great quality though.

Blue Pumpkin Was Able To Revitalize Our Customer Contact Center

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

Our biggest is our customer base.  As long as we can meet their needs and keep them happy with our product and our company we will stay in business.   Our customer base is also our biggest key to growth in this field.  We get more new customers from word of mouth than from any other advertising that we do.  This is why we made the investment in Blue Pumpkin Workforce to work with us in insuring that our customer contact centers were able to operate at peak efficiency.  Since installation of our workforce planning system we have been able to bring in more than a reasonable return on our investment.

General Liability: It’s A Part Of Doing Business.

Friday, November 28th, 2008

A few years ago, I was faced with the somewhat-nerve-racking task of an insurance audit.

As a small business owner, I realize the necessity for such animals, but the reality of the situation is they are never angst-free.

In my line of business (wholesale building product sales), my General Liability policy is in line with my risks in three primary areas: Inventory loss or damage, job site accident costs, and a specific, hazardous material clause.

What my insurance company wants to know is how my products are being stored and delivered, what the total annual sales average is, and if we sub-contract any of our work.

It’s all business and it’s all legitimate.

Body Sculpting Without Surgery - Also Known As Non Surgical Liposuction

Thursday, November 27th, 2008

I think that sculpting the human body - unless it is done in marble - is going to require some type of surgical technique; that is, if you are going to call it liposuction.

However, alternatives to liposuction are readily available on the market today and are available from many dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Typically these are referred to as non surgical liposuction.

Some of these alternatives include injections, others are body wraps. Some work and some do not.

The most proven means of body sculpting is diet, followed very closely by exercise. I would like to shave 40 pounds off my stomach, hips and thighs, but I know that I first must lose the weight, then exercise to get in better shape.

Despite the difficult worldwide economic conditions the currency of Canada has remained robust relative to the value of the US dollar. Previously the currencies rise was on the back of surging demand for resources and oil. Despite the deflating values of commodities, the Canadian currency exchange rate is holding up relatively well. This is in light of the fact that the US dollar has staged a rally relative to other currencies as US citizens repatriate their overseas investments. This is proving to be an advantage for Canadian citizens who are apt to travel or who are looking for opportunities in overseas markets or to take advantage of the greater purchasing power afforded when traveling.

The Global Economy and Outsourcing

Monday, November 24th, 2008

It has been a hot topic in the news that many corporations have moved to outsourcing some of their jobs to other countries in order to lower costs. This has been beneficial for third world countries as it helps grow their economies, bring much needed capital and change their economies from a farming economy or manufacturing economy to a service related economy. With this change brings an increased standard of living and education. The cycle feeds back into itself and conditions improve even more.

The country that has received the most attention with customer service outsourcing is India. India is perfectly poised to be a strong player in the global economy for a number of reasons. First, India has a large number of English speakers. Although it is important to maintain their cultural heritage, English is the international language of business and it is necessary to compete globally. Second, India has an excellent education system, especially for a third world country, that trains its one billion people to be able to compete globally. Third, Indians are famous for their strong work ethic and desire to succeed. All three of these things combined makes India a hot growing economy.

The criticism has come from the U.S. service sector which has lost many jobs to India. It has been difficult for those that lose the jobs, but ultimately this will be beneficial for the United States. It leaves the best, highest paying jobs at home and creates new markets for our goods in India as Indians are raised out of poverty. The global economy makes not only the Indians richer but it makes us richer also.

Cosco Wholesale

Friday, November 21st, 2008

cosco wholesale, I love it I love it I love it!!! Whether it is Christmas, Halloween, birthdays, anniversary, grocery shopping I find it all at Costco and at a great price too. I am so addicted to Costco that I rarely shop anywhere else. I do not see the need to shop anywhere else. The offer the same discounts, and sometime better, that Best Buy offers. They offer a lot of the bed and bath and toys and house ware sales the Wal-Mart does. Computers I prefer to buy from the manufacturer but that is because I can customize my computer by ordering directly from the manufacturer, other than that, I would buy it there as well.

Tips for Figuring Out Whether Health Insurance is for You

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

While it is virtually impossible to know for sure whether to recommend individual health coverage to a person (instead of group or family coverage) without knowing the specifics of the situation, there are a few questions you can ask yourself to determine whether individual medical health insurance is a good idea. One of the main questions is, will you save money? Also, consider whether the benefits you would receive from the individual medical health insurance plan are better (or a better value for the money) than the other plan you are considering. You may find that individual coverage is the best way to go, after all.

The Affordability Of Acer Laptops.

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008

Among all of the different computer manufacturers, the Acer laptops have been the computers that have grown more in the industry due to the fact that their computers and laptops are so affordable. Between all of the new computers, there is an endless supply of refurbished and used Acer laptops also that have the affordability and even more so than the newer models. The refurbished and used laptops work just as well as the newer ones but may not have the upgrades of the newest technology. They say that the minute you buy a new computer, it becomes a dinosaur.
