What is ADHD…

Hyperkinetic disorder or Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder is more popularly known as ADHD. It is a kind of Neuro behavioral developmental disorder that currently affects around 5 percent of the world population.

Main symptoms of this disorder are forgetfulness, impulsivity, and also frequent bouts of hyperactivity. The saddest part of this disorder is that till date no perfect medicines or treatment is there which can cure it perfectly.One of the main causes of occurrence of this disorder is some kind of trauma or tragic event and even toxic exposure. Many regard it also as a hereditary disorder.

What is the Difference Between French Foils and Katana Swords?

Among other things, a French Foil has a straight, narrow blade.  Katana swords have flat curved blades.  In addition, typically in French Foil competitions both participants are limited to a very narrow strip of floor space.  As a result, you cannot move in circles or try to get behind your opponent.   On the other hand, there is very little limit to the movements that can be made in contests featuring Katana swords.
