For the lenders, the Loan Officer Duties include bringing in the right kind of clients who genuinely undertake to make the repayments in time. For the borrowers, the loan officer duties include showing them the best options available and actually planning out and implementing their entire loan application and repayment procedures for them.

Testing Software Can’t Remove Every Error

You may be shocked to read this, but all the programs in your computer, without exception, will have at least a few errors in it. If someone tries to sell you a program that’s supposedly free from errors, they are lying. The human involvement in programming will always ensure that there will be errors. However, thanks to  testing software  we are able to eliminate most if not all errors that could cause a critical malfunction or the loss of data in most cases. However, in all cases, there will be some non critical errors that will remain.

 

Diversifying my retirement holdings with bond investing

One of the projects that I am working on in 2008 is to learn more about investing. With the stock market currently experiencing a great deal of turbulence I am keen to learn about new and safer ways to invest. At the top of my list is bond investing. This form of investment offers consistent and safe returns that are not subject to the volatility of the markets. I am planning to diversify my holdings into other asset classes and bonds are something that I would like to be able to include.
